Manchester United are now worried about their move to sign Bryan Mbeumo this summer being hijacked.
This comes after Tottenham Hotspur’s hired Thomas Frank as their manager this week.
United have already seen an offer rejected for the Cameroon international, who scored 20 goals in the 2024/2025 season.
The Bees are put a £60million price tag on Mbeumo and the Red Devils are set to make an improved offer.
But now, Frank’s arrival could see a twist, as it could tempt Mbeumo to change his mind.
Mbeumo is said to be more intrigued by a move across London.
United were reportedly offering the forward a £200,000-a-week salary. Tottenham must take a decision on if they want to match those figures.
