Kano Pillars are in talks with Gbenga Ogunbote to take up the vacant position of the team’s technical adviser.
The Sai Masu Gida announced the departure of their former technical adviser, Usman Abdallah on Wednesday.
Abdallah cited personal reasons for his decision to quit the four-time Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, champions
Ogunbote has been in charge of Shooting Stars for the past two seasons.
The veteran tactician has one-year left on his contract with Shooting Stars.
He has managed Sunshine Stars, Remo Stars, Enyimba and Rangers in the past.
