Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle has said that his side will look to continue their positive run of results when they take on Russia, DAILY POST reports.
Nigeria and Russia will clash in an high profile friendly at the Luzhniki Stadium, Moscow on Friday.
It will be the first meeting between both countries at the senior level.
The Super Eagles have won three and drawn one of their four games under Chelle.
The Malian said it is important for his team to maintain the same winning mentality against the Russians.
“Now we go to Russia, and our goal is to win every game. We’re not just travelling for a match — we’re going there to win,” Chelle told reporters.
“Right now, I think we’re still in Jamaica — mentally, it feels like it because of how tough the game was. But we must now shift focus.”
